Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is a research-backed approach that supports mental well-being, resilience, and emotional balance. As part of Langara’s Future Forward initiative, this program helps participants build self-awareness, manage stress, anxiety, and negative thought patterns, and apply practical mindfulness strategies to daily life and work.
